   The national herd advances from the 01 April 2026 count to the 01 July 2026 count, and the direction of the claim built on it changes. PSA counted 8,928,329 heads on 01 Jul 2026 against 8,702,715 on 01 Apr: the herd ROSE 2.59% through Q2 2026, and it is still 0.95% smaller than it was on 01 Jul 2025 and 29.70% below the 12,699,991 of 01 Jul 2019, the last count before ASF. Both halves are the finding. Fifteen live pages carried "31% below", "the herd never came back" and "the lowest first quarter since 1994" in the present tense; the first is now 29.70%, the second is contradicted by the quarter, and the third was a Q1 claim that a Q3 reading cannot inherit. The rise is not seasonal: measured over swine-inventory-total from 2010, the 01 Apr to 01 Jul leg is negative in 11 of 17 years with a median near -0.25%, and +2.59% is the largest on record. It is also entirely smallhold - through Q2 the smallhold count rose 246,508 head and the semi-commercial 45,174, while the commercial count FELL 66,068 and is down 24.01% y/y. The class split, the output quarter and the y/y all advance with it.

   Three of the open discrepancies the 2026-08-15 snapshot logged for a human are closed, and one claim this site had repeated for months is retracted. (1) The headline official price advances from Q1 2026 (176.03) to Q2 2026 (172.44), the fourth consecutive quarterly fall and the lowest verified quarter; its middle month, May 2026 at 171.56, is the lowest month of the whole retrieved monthly series. (2) The regional table advances from March 2026 to June 2026, the newest month PSA published; July exists for all 18 regions and every row is a published absence. (3) RETRACTED: the claim that the DA's 210/kg floor had never been reached 'in any month, in any region'. The national half stands - eight national months since 4 Nov 2025 and the best is 187.06 - but the regional series in this archive carries ten region-months at or above 210 across four regions, the Cordillera in three consecutive months to June 2026. Nobody had queried it. (4) The explanation given for NCR's blank rows - that PSA surveys no farms in Metro Manila - was invented; PSA prints an NCR figure in 11 of the 19 months held here, 250.00 as recently as January 2026.

   No headline value moved. What changed is what the dashboard is willing to state at all. Three claims were withdrawn for want of a source or a correct date, and one omission was found by reading the archive instead of a typed list. (1) The AVAC vaccine rollout figures - 400,000 of 500,000 allocated doses released as of 2026-05-08, six named Luzon provinces, about 90% efficacy - were removed from the dashboard and from 15 content files. A retrieval on 2026-08-15 across DA, PNA, BusinessMirror, pig333, SunStar and VietnamPlus found them on no page except this site's own, which is a citation loop and not a source. Gap G-5. (2) Capiz's pork-entry ban was dated 10 July, the day the Manila Times reported it; the governor signed it on 24 June. Corrected in 32 places. (3) The 1,902 hog deaths were attributed to San Enrique's 23 June confirmation; they are province-wide across 12 LGUs as of 25 June, and Negros Occidental's provincial veterinarian said ASF was not solely responsible. Corrected in 26 places. (4) The regional farmgate table was typed by hand and omitted BARMM entirely, at 187.38 for March 2026; it is now read from the archive, all 18 rows including NCR's published null.

   An adversarial re-verification of every figure on the dashboard found that the previous snapshot's headline numbers were not stale, they were invented. The ₱218/kg 'working average' had no source (PSA's official March 2026 national farmgate is ₱179.23). The ASF barangay curve was interpolated between two real endpoints and every point cited a URL that serves no data. The ₱39/kg 'blended' feed price exceeded the top of the premium tier it claimed to average. Those rows are retracted in place in the observation files, and the values below are rebuilt from primary sources.

   The first snapshot. It records no correction because there was nothing before it to correct.

51 of these series can answer "what did you hold on this date". Every retrieved row carries the date this archive FIRST held it, set once and never moved, so the state of the archive on any past day is reconstructible rather than remembered — back to 2026-08-14, which is the day the first one landed.

There is no page for it, and that is a decision rather than an omission. No source has restated a figure yet: the machinery that would answer has been exercised exactly once, by a deliberately planted revision, and a page is a promise. When a publisher does revise something — which government agencies do without announcing it — the row is retracted in place, the replacement lands beside it, and both dates are already in the download.
