How it was retrieved
Three coordinates into the USDA FAS PSD livestock CSV. The whole file is one long table and every field is labelled, so a series is a WHERE clause. The country code and the country name are required to imply each other across the file: a filter that quietly selects nothing, or selects Poland, produces a complete and entirely plausible series and no error at all.
