• The condition, health, quality, or breed accuracy of any listed animal
• Injuries or accidents related to animal handling, transport, or care
• Transport arrangements, costs, delays, or damage during delivery of animals
• Disputes between buyers and sellers, including pricing disagreements
• Financial losses arising from transactions facilitated through our platform
• The accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any listing content
• The identity, qualifications, or trustworthiness of any user
• Any warranties, guarantees, or promises made by sellers to buyers

User Assumption of Risk

By using our platform, you acknowledge that buying and selling livestock involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with other users and for the outcomes of any transactions you choose to enter. We recommend meeting in safe, public locations and conducting thorough due diligence before any purchase.

Independent Transactions

All transactions between buyers and sellers are independent and occur entirely outside our platform. PH Livestock does not process payments, hold escrow, or act as an intermediary in any sale. We are not a party to any agreement between users.
